EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Alita is the dedicated Executive Vice President of Operations for The Reading Foundation. Her warm and caring style sets the tone at The Reading Foundation as she oversees all operations that happen at our clinics. Alita joined The Reading Foundation in 1999 and has had roles such as Clinician, Assessor and Office Manager. Her leadership and ability to see the big picture led to her taking on her current position. While overseeing operations and company goals, she continues to maintain contact with the families we work with. She believes in building strong relationships in the community with industry professionals. She has experience with assessments and has years of clinical experience teaching our students.

Alita has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Spanish. She enjoys many sports, has traveled and lived overseas and speaks both English and Spanish. Alita has three children, all of whom are alumni of The Reading Foundation.

DEVAN

DIRECTOR OF STANDARDS (ALL CLINICS)

Devan is the Director of Standards for all of our locations. She has worked extensively in all aspects of The Reading Foundation including Team Leading, scheduling, training (both new staff internally or teachers externally), mentoring staff, developing programs and assessing incoming students. She has had a leadership role in all of our clinics (Assistant Director, Calgary; clinic opening, Toronto; Director, Vancouver). She is an excellent leader and brings her knowledge to the students, parents and staff that she works with daily.

Devan has a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and has worked for The Reading Foundation since 1999. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, reading and almost every mountain activity.

RYAN

CLINICIAN

Ryan is a warm and enthusiastic team member who loves helping students feel confident, curious, and excited about learning. She enjoys getting to know each student and finding creative ways to support their unique growth. With a calm and positive presence, she brings joy and care into every session.

Outside of the Reading Foundation, Ryan loves long walks, music, and discovering new coffee shops around the city.

Mansi is a dedicated advocate with years of experience working to advance equity in education for all children. She’s especially passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where young people feel truly seen, valued, and encouraged to grow.
